Eligibility

Residents must be 62 years of age or older or physically mobility impaired. If couples apply, one of the two must be 62 years or older. An applicant who is mobility impaired must be at least 18 years old and require an accessible unit.

B'nai B'rith House is open to all, regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, handicap, or familial status. Income eligibility for admission is in accordance with HUD guidelines.
